Return and Exchange Policy
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at michael@passparto.com to initiate the return process.
- You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number.
- Ship the item to the address provided.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate the item you would like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at michael@passparto.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
