Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at michael@passparto.com to initiate the return process.
  2. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate the item you would like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at michael@passparto.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
