Donkey game example
Participants:
Danny, Roni, Michal and Yoav.
Dealing cards:
- Each player receives 8 cards .
- One card is turned over in the discard pile, and the first player begins.
Game progress:
🃏 Turn 1 – Danny:
- Danny places a 5️⃣ card.
- Ronnie must place a card with the same number or a higher number.
🃏 Turn 2 – Ronnie:
- Ronnie places a 7️⃣ card.
- Michal is looking for a card of 7 or higher.
🃏 Turn 3 – Michal:
- Michal places card 8️⃣.
- Yoav must place an 8 or higher number.
🃏 Turn 4 – Yoav:
- Yoav cannot lay down a card, so he takes one card from the deck.
- It's Danny's turn.
🃏 Turn 5 – Danny:
- Danny places a card 9️⃣.
- Ronnie is looking for a card of 9 or higher, but he doesn't have one, so he takes a card from the pot.
🃏 Turn 6 – Michal:
- Michal places a 🔄 Reverse Arrow card, and the direction changes back.
🃏 Turn 7 – Danny:
- Danny places a 3️⃣ card.
- Michal must place a 3 or higher number.
🃏 Turn 8 – Michal:
- Michal places card 4️⃣ and announces "Donkey!" because she has one card left in her hand.
- Yoav is looking for a card of 4 or higher.
🃏 Turn 9 – Yoav:
- Yoav places a card 6️⃣.
- Danny bets 6 or higher.
🃏 Turn 10 – Michal:
- Michal lays down her last card and wins the game! 🎉
Game summary:
- Michal won because she managed to get rid of all the cards and declared "Donkey!" in time.
